What are the speeds of your bags?
You can find detailed information on the playing speed of each of our bags in the Bag Speed Chart provided here.
Do Brotherhood Cornhole Bags have a warranty?
We offer a 90-day warranty on our cornhole bags that specifically covers seam issues. Please be aware that this warranty does not apply to material punctures, snags, frays, or damage typically caused by user mishandling or regular wear and tear.
The warranty becomes void if the bags are boiled or if products other than our recommended Toss Sauce are used (i.e. fabric softeners or alternative solutions).
When making warranty claims, we can determine from photos if the bags have been boiled or if a different product than Toss Sauce has been utilized. Therefore, strictly following our care guidelines found in our Terms of Service is essential to uphold the warranty's validity. You will need to provide the original proof of purchase to start a warranty claim. This warranty cannot be transferred and does not cover bags obtained from resellers or won in contests.
How do I break-in my bags?
When you buy our bags, you can choose between having them broken in by us or using Toss Sauce. Toss Sauce is specially created to accelerate the breaking-in process of the bags, improving their comfort and performance. Purchase Toss Sauce here.
Why is my Wingman carpet coming apart?
The separation you're witnessing is a defining characteristic of the herringbone fabric utilized in these bags. You need not worry as this is a typical occurrence found in all major cornhole bag brands that employ this type of material. To reinforce durability and preserve the bag's shape during gameplay, we have integrated a backing into our herringbone fabric. Please know that this separation is not a problem and is part of the normal functionality of your bags. The Terms of Service outlined in our cornhole bags warranty similarly pertain to the Wingman series.
My bags have a snag, what can you do?
Snags on bags are not classified as a manufacturing defect. They usually happen when the bags come into contact with rough surfaces or sharp objects while being used. Despite potentially changing the bags' appearance, these snags will not adversely affect their functionality or overall durability.
Snags are not included in our bag warranty coverage. Nevertheless, here are some useful tips to avoid snags and keep your bags in prime condition:
- Periodically check your boards for any protruding nails or screws, and make repairs before starting any games.
- Maintain a clean play area free from debris or sharp items.
- Handle the bags gently and try to minimize contact with rough surfaces.
By following these recommendations, you can notably decrease the likelihood of experiencing snags on your bags.
What is the difference between the Variants Light, Regular and Heavy?
There is approximately a 10g difference between the variants, resulting in either a fuller or less full bag.
